using .Traf 3.5.12.0 I can not create a new archive without getting errors

using xpsp3 without june patches and xpsp3 with june patches.

I have all .net´s installed (.net 1.1, .net 2.0 SP1, .net 3.0 SP1, .net 3.5) maybe thats the problem ?

opening the "bad" created archive results in similar errors.
