error importing log files (United States)

I am not sure I am doing this right. I am running squid on a windows 2003 server. I installed .traf on the same box. I created a new archive. When I try to import the log files. I point it to c:\squid\var\logs\access.log it says 1 bad file and will not import. I am not sure what log file I am supposed to point it to if access.log is not it?

Hi, which version of .Traf ?

Some questions :

1) is the log file in native format ?
2) is the access.log accessible (with read permissions and not in use)?
3) can you activate the import log file and send it to me ?

finally, if the problem persist, can you send some row from your log file to try (you can obfuscate sensitive information)

Sorry I never got back to this till now. It was unable to import since it was in use. I just copied the log file now it will import. Thanks your post led me to figure it out.
